Bharat Mata ki Jay!!!!
15 August 1947 is one of the major days in Indian history because after 150 years of British Rule India got freedom from British. Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru hosted flag for the first time on Red Fort Delhi and become the largest democracy in the world.
Since the prior 150 years, Britisher inhumanly rules us. We got freedom in 1947 but the fighting started way back to 1857. When RaniLaxmiBai Fought against the British. Since then Freedom fighters fought against this kingdom. Freedom Fighters like Bal Gangadhar Tilak, Mahatma Gandhi, Bhagat Singh, Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose, Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, Dr. Rajendra Prasad, Moulana Abul Kalam Azad, Rajguru, Sukhdev, Gopal Krishna Gokhale, Savarkar, Lala Lajpat Rai, Chandra Shekhar Azad plays a very important role. Without their contributions, it is very difficult to get freedom for India(Hindustan). Every year when we celebrate this day, we remember the sacrifices that they made and pay homage to them.
Independence Day is celebrated by the government of India every year when the current Prime Minister of India raises out the tricolor national flag at the Red Fort in Delhi followed by Indian army parade, march past, National Anthem recitation, speech and other cultural activities.
The Independence Day is declared as a public holiday. The national Flag files high and proud from the tops of schools and official buildings. Speeches are given, the National Anthem is sung, and sweets are distributed among everyone.
The Independence Day reminds us all that we are the citizens of a great country, and we must do our best to preserve her unity. We must live in peace and silence. Recently we saw there are many issues come related to religion, cast. I don’t think this good for our country. Because of this, we are getting backward day by day. So think about it?
We must respect our National Flag and National Anthem. We must also try to be patriotic like the people who fought for the freedom of our country. Let us all be proud of India.
Jai Hind! Vande Mataram!!
